Every shift is supervised by professional caregivers or nurses.
Volunteer Orientation
Before your placement begins, you'll receive a general outline of the daily volunteer schedule.
On your first day, our staff will personally introduce you to the home's routine and guide you through your volunteer responsibilities.
Application form, interview, and mandatory background check.
Mandatory Training
- Health Protocols: Strict handwashing, use of masks/gloves if required, and no attendance when ill.
- Baby Handling: Proper holding techniques, soothing methods (swaddling), and basic infant CPR.
- Ethics & Boundaries: No photos or publication of babies’ faces without written permission.
Shift System
- Duration: Maximum 2–3 hours per shift to prevent fatigue.
- Minimum Commitment: Volunteers are asked to stay for at least 2 weeks to build trusting relationships with the children and become familiar with our daily home routine.
